ML citation blunder

With a chronological ML and a *non*chronological ML it was bound
to happen.  For the future I will try to remember to use, when
citing only the ML letter number:

ML = 2nd or 3rd edition

MLC = Vic Hao Chin's new chronological arrangement.

So MLC 31 is what should have been written, or ML 40, as Jerry S.
points out
