	Note that these are:

	A) Pedophiles who could not control their behavior and, 

	B) Ones who went far enough to get caught and convicted (not an easy
task). 

	Pedophiles, as well as many other criminals, who do not have enough
self-control to avoid committing the crime, getting caught and getting
convicted once will frequently do it again.
