In England, there is a move to provide a e-mail address for everyone and
access to e-mail. This includes children in elementary school and the
students will be able to access e-mail thru their schools. I guess rest who
do not have computers may be able to access e-mail thru public places like
libraries.

This prospect opens up a lot of opportunities. We can reach more individuals
at a very marginal cost.

If and when the above becomes a reality, there is going to be a fundamental
change in all organizations like TS in the way they do business with their
members.

Looks like 21st century is going to be very exciting.
