Regarding the excessive number of theos-l messages, my solution is to
delete messages without reading them from individuals that love to post
one-line just to comment on it, usually 2k size, or non sense subject
matters. This accounts for at least 40% of all email.
So, for instance, I delete all mail coming from alexis, etc. whose
messages, IMHO are most of the times non-value-added to personal growth.
