Tuning TI Objects

Let it be known to all who sign up for TI "the scientific method" includes
experiment and theory in a feedback or interplay relationship. Experiment
usually includes observation leading to empirical laws. Theory usually includes
specific laws of nature leading to various general theories. But the real
kingpin of the scientific method is direct observation which many theosophists
seem to be afraid of or at least find repugnant. Just wanted everyone to know.
