Can evil be other than static:  devoid of life, devoid of quality?
Devoid of the possibility of change/evolution?

I do not doubt that levels of energy, which manifest as ignorance and
immaturity exist....that within this  level are those who seek to
perpetuate and control and manipulate and, thus, by their nature
contract and divide. But they too are of the whole and will be
changed by evolutionary forces or will change themselves.

Although I also have read that 'evil' beings exist...I cannot
understand how they do.
