While I personally have not had any encounter with anything on the unseen
side of the world, I thought the experience described was interesting. I
posted them so that we can get some feedback on what anyone else knows
about these kinds of things and can speculate.

Years ago I heard of an instance when someone tried to do some meditation
and chanting exercises and ended up hallucinating that snakes are
slithering around him all the time and the man was terrified. Finally he
went to a "holy" man in India who gave him an antidote practice which put
an end to it.
