It always ends, it's the waiting for it to end that is hell.

I've learned that doctors are limited beings that usually evaluate your illness
by your symptoms. If you don't fit the symptom pattern they learned in
med school, they just scratch their heads and you are out of luck. They also
tried the "shotgun" approach on me and gave me six different antibiotics.
none of which worked. I finally suggested the one that worked, after one
solid month of getting progressively sicker. I'm still not completely well,
but a far cry from the severe illness that struck me all of June.
