K advised Indian Politicians

India is celebrating its 50th anniversary of its Independence.
One of the little known fact is that starting with
Jawaharlal Nehru, the first prime minister down to
Indira Gandhi, K was consulted from time to time on the
problems of the country. I am sure some of his suggestions
may have been acted on and helped the country.
I think some may like to know this historical fact.
