Pehaps the word "plummeting" was used in exaggeration.  On second thought, it sounds more like
something like a description of the stock market.

I wonder if it would be possible to get the membership number for each section and branch and
compare it to last year.  After accessing it, we could discuss what is going right or going
right.  Just a thought.
