     Anyone who does not believe in basic human rights is, rationally,
in the same category.  Enslavement, unequal taxation, etc. assume that
one human group should be coercively treated differently than
another...both express a vanity of judgement.

     Stalin killed 20 million...far more than the holocaust...the
meaning is that basic human rights should be fundamentally supported by
all gov't processes...when this is the case these issues will resolve
themselves...
