Dear folks,

I had occasion to e-mail back & forth with John Algeo. I thought his idea of
what should and should not get paid for in the course of teaching Theosophy
makes sense. I also thought some of you'd be interested in knowing what he
thinks on the subject, so I'm sending it on.
