I am afraid I have to agree. Look at what happened behind closed doors when
they sabatoged Big Escudero's bid for the Presidency of the TSA (not just
once but twice). They fixed the elections a la Chicago-style politics and
burned the ballots too. You can't do that kind of stuff at open meetings. 

That's why I don't participate actively anymore. Disillusioned to say the
least. So I created my own "home Lodge" with a 3500 volume esoteric library.
Enough to keep me busy 'till it's time to go to that Great Lodge beyond the
veil, composed hopefully of electic theosophists (with a small "t").
