Alex,
The first thing is to get to the usenet on your system.  Then you try to find
alt.theosophy.  But unless you have a system that picks new newsgroups up
very fast, it may not be available yet.  It isn't on either netcom nor aol,
but that is the result of the time it takes for servers to add groups to
their offerings.  It may also be necessary, if it doesn't show up soon, to
e-mail the news administrator of the system and ask for it.
