Good memory, I think it is called "The Mysteries of Existence",

The people at Aust Section saw copies too some years ago as I
brought a few back from Krotona in 91.  They have had plans to do
a local version.

There are some layout changes too, some of which are due to
different cultural ways in US to NZ.

In fact if the NZ version isnt available as a text file, the US
one will be I'm sure the staff there would be happy for us to
have a copy (Ruben are you there???)
