Ah yes, but isn't the crucial question (that determines the ultimate worth of
your text) whether you can be cited as a primary, versus secondary or tertiary
source?

I myself hope to live to see the day when I shall be worthy of being cited as
the ever-coveted primary source for someone else's writing.
