Use of animals in vaccine production

Some of us who are animal lovers would be glad to know that research is in
a fairly advanced stage where they are able to produce vaccines using
plants rather than animals. The most promising one is to use bananas and
one of these days they expect all vaccines to be mass produced using plants.
