Here are steps recommended by a team of psychologists who have
effectively
reduced worry among many executives:

     Devote 30 minutes every day for nothing but worrying.

     Avoid worrying at any time other than during the 30-minute session.

     Identify exactly what is bothering you and write it down.

     Imagine the very worst that could happen (and notice how rarely it
does
     occur).
