I don't know Patrick,

I think it's kind of nice if you experience this overwhelming flood, and you
lose all your belongings, if your government steps in and helps you a little
bit, and I think spending my tax money for such a purpose is service on my
part. Of course, if they start politicizing around in Congress before they
appropriate the money, that's a horse of a different color. They ought to be
ashamed of themselves.
