Still i cannot be accord to you. the most Theosophical way should be
that ALL pepole has right to THE BEST EDUCATION POSSIBLE, so is
incongruent and untheosophical (And UNETHICAL) pretend that only a few
elite have the best education and all the bunch of poor pepole that
cannot afford it not.
