Inalienable/Fundmental Rights

ref the U.S. Declaration of Independence and constitutional Bill of
Rights as an a attempt at the practical expression of this.  The same
rights for all...one way to say it is "a right is an exercise of freedom
which does not directly and individually interfere with the same rights
of others."
