1900 KH Letter to Annie Besant

The full unredacted 1900 KH Letter to Annie Besant was first published by
the Eclectic Theosophist, I believe some time in 1960s or 70s.
Does anyone know if the unredacted letter was ever published by TPH (Adyar,
London, or Wheaton etc.) or was it ever published in Adyar Theosophist or
any other National Section Publication?
Any historian who can throw light on the above?
