I've always thought one way of deciding a question is to consider the initiating impulse - how much did Morya charge HPB for the teachings? How much did HPB charge HSO? How then do we, who would have little to teach save for the efforts of those first ones, charge each other, or the public, for what they gave us ... ? -JRC
