As Chuck's humor seems to have left the matter unclear, the general idea
is that reincarnation is from human to slightly better human, while
transmigration allows for the reincarnation of a human soul into an
animal body.  Hence the "Churchmouse" reply by Chuck.

Suggest you transmogrify into something that eats Chucky creatures.

(Sort of magically transform)
