Wycked God is man, expressed as 10 (the five elements).  The dot stands for man's link to the
unmanifest.  Man, being inherantly wicked and arrogant, goes around purporting his own wisdom.
And that's where the name comes from.

P.S.  The three tilda's also have meaning.  Showing the three divine elements and their dual
nature.
