Your long post is one of the most useful I have seen here. It would be of
great help to newbees and also it was a pleasure reading it for someone like
me who have read it before in the books you have referred.
It may be a good idea to post it to alt.theosophy, if you can access the
newsgroup. Many cybespace surfers will hit the newsgroup before they hit the
maillists.
