I have an actual copy of the book. I think it's very much in print because
it's a quite new "Trade Paperback" from Samuel Weiser & co. It was bought at
the Bodhi Tree Bookstore in Los Angeles. I've got quite a lot of Crowley
stuff. That's the fun of being eclectic it's not so limiting.
