re: Theosphical "lectures as a default means for communication" ...
I wonder whether anyone on this list has ever come across Linda Jo
Pym's "Self Training Workshop Manual". It was a way of everyone
participating in the workshop ... whatever they had to contribute.
It was also pliable. It was published in 1982 & was featured at 01 of the
conventions. At the time & made a copy of it
for everyone in my Lodge about 10 because I wanted to use its
ideas. It went over like a lead baloon. They wanted lectures. Mary Abdill
went around training on it. Whatever happened to it? It's still good & very
different from "lectures". I think it should be resurrected as a
starting point for new happenings within the TS.
