     Sorry about the confusion.  Will use initials henceforth.
About Alexandra, she became a T.S. member before HPB's death,
and as late as 1911 spent a long period at Adyar. As you
probably know, she was initiated into Hindu tantra and
Sinhalese Theravada well before her Tibetan phase.
Interestingly, her greatest Master in Theravada was Anagarika
Dharmapala, a Theosophist who had been a chela of HPB and will
also figure in the book.
