Simple. Usually people get into a physical fight. I was even a potential
juror in a trial where due to a minor auto accident in a gas station the two
drivers got into an argument which ended when one pushed the other and one
of them fell on the concrete slab of the gas station pavement hit his head
and died of injuries and the wife of the man who died, sued not only the
other guy but the owner of the gas station because the latter was a
corporation with deep pockets.
