	Note that the questions being asked are whether the Theosophical
Society in general, and Blavatsky and Olcott in particular, MAKING A
PROFIT. And note that the monastic style with which Blavatsky describes
the TS in India as having turns the Theosophical Society into a
religious practice, something against which the Mahatmas warned.
