I don't think they get the sort of big donations now that they got when it
was started and as the bureacratic mess continues to foul up the building of
it the price keeps growing and the donations keep shrinking.

The situation is something akin to the question of a frog jumping half the
distance each time he jumps as his previous leap so how long will it take him
to cross the room and the answer is never.
