I guess it's a little hard to take for an organization to realize it is
losing
the control it thought it had.  Sort of like when a parent realizes their
child has reached the age of 21 and basically has the freedom to act
without
their permission.  Perhaps the members of these various organizations
have reached the age of maturity and are beginning to think for themselves.

BTW, I learned recently that TSA is going to put up a newsgroup.  Don't
have any other details yet.
