Max,
The big problem is not letting the way the board is constructed allow us to
take ourselves too seriously.  I've been very concerned of late because it is
pretty obvious that there is something about the communication environment of
the internet that brings out the absolute worst in people.  It's almost like
we develop multiple personalities, one for everyday, normal discourse and one
for the board.
I have no idea what can be done about it, but as soon as we realize it is
there, maybe as individuals we can work on the problem.
