really do enjoy making people think about things from a different
point-of-view for a change. In the Roman Church they call this playing
"Avocatus Diavolus", only I am NOT "acting" I am simply saying what I think.
In the several months since I have been re associated with Theosophy
(primarily by way of this list) I am flabbergasted to learn how many people
not only refuse to think for themselves, but how many people are afraid to
accept responsibility for themselves. The seem to be drawn to "Core
Doctrines" as a way to let someone else do their growing for them. Their
little conceptual package is all gift wrapped and tied up in a big bow!

I must be getting somewhere, for Bjorn is literally foaming at the mouth! If
he's not careful one of these days he'll get so angry with me he'll have a
CVA. For my part I am awed by Bjorn, never in my life did I ever imagine
anyone could be so smug, self-righteous, and utterly self-satisfied. He's
almost as bad as Pat Robertson.
