I agree with what Rodolfo writes.

I think we'll already help the Russians, if they can join in in our talking
back & forth, & can ask us questions if they want to. I think our
cosmopolitan format is something they'll appreciate.

They may also have other needs, as I outlined to Alan, but it can really be
for all TI'ers to read. I think we can address any other needs as they come
up. Let's find out first what they want & need, before we organize something
they don't need.
