 Jerry,

  let us postpone our discussion untill you are done. It is an exquisite
experience to discuss with someone with your preparation and level of
scholarship.
  I will be slightly handicapped by not owning or ever having read a book
by CWL  :-)  (I have tried, I have tried, two times!).
But I will try to figure out his meaning from your posts. The terminology
must
be defended succesfully or abandoned, you know my reason for going into
this.
