To whom it concerns especially to Doss Elisabeth at the Olcott libary tells me that there *is* a by-laws revisions committee which has been meeting for quite a while. Well I'm glad to pass on the information but I must say this is typical of Wheaton. In all the years I've been a member I'd never heard or read anything about a by-laws revisions committee. That's why I appreciated John Algeo's Annual Report in the last AT. That at least tells you something about how Wheaton is put together. Anyway there is or was a by-laws revisions committee. Wonder who was on it. Liesel
